Rum-focused bar at Klitiou 6, opened in 2009 by Thanos Prunarus, with a back bar of several hundred rums and a 1960s-leaning room. Placed 14th in Europe's 50 Best Bars 2026 and on the World's 50 Best list for a twelfth consecutive year. Walk-ins only.
