topia is a community-curated travel guide. We show places, events and practical information submitted by locals and visitors, reviewed before publication.
We try to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Always verify opening hours, prices and availability before you travel.
2. Accounts
You need an account to save places, submit new listings, use the AI planner and receive optional offer emails. One account works across every destination.
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Submissions
When you add a place or event you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit false locations, spam or content that infringes someone else's rights.
We may edit, reject or remove submissions. Publication is never guaranteed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape it at scale, abuse the AI features, harass other users or use the app for unlawful purposes.
5. Liability
topia is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions you make based on guide content, for third-party websites you visit from the app, or for temporary outages.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
