Alsos Veikou (Galatsi Grove)

A large hillside grove between Galatsi and Kypseli on the slopes of Tourkovounia, with pine cover, playgrounds, football pitches, a skate park and walking paths. Its 2,000-seat open-air Veikou Theatre runs concerts and performances in summer. Essentially a neighbourhood park — no tourism infrastructure, and easiest to reach by bus or taxi.
