The David Collection

A free museum at Kronprinsessegade 30 built around the private collections of lawyer and collector C.L. David. Its Islamic art collection, spanning the 7th to 19th centuries, is one of the largest in northern Europe; it also holds European and Danish furniture, porcelain and silver, and Danish Golden Age paintings by Hammershøi, Købke and Krøyer. Admission is free.
