To Tigani tis Plateias

On Eirinis Square in the heart of Pythagoreio, Makis Vakras cooks Samian dishes with local produce. Beef cheeks slow-braised in Fokiano wine, lamb in lemon sauce with white Muscat, sesame laganaki flatbread, plus lamb and goat on the spit and the charcoal grill. Tables spill out onto the square; open May to October.
