Aphrodite Garden Restaurant

Set back from the street, the garden opens up under orange and lemon trees and bougainvillea. Evaggelos Bilibas keeps the Samian repertoire alive: stuffed goat oven-baked on vine leaves and vine wood, chickpea fritters, dolmadakia lifted by fresh herbs and a splash of ouzo in the rice. Dinner only, from 18:00, and worth booking in August.
