Mykali Beach

Mykali lies about eight kilometres south of Vathy, in the Drosia area just before Psili Ammos, facing the strait of the same name with the mountains of Asia Minor opposite. The shore runs for roughly three kilometres and is one of the best-organised on Samos, with sunbeds, umbrellas, bars and tavernas, yet there are always free stretches if you want quiet. The pebbles are fine, the water clean, the depth moderate and the bay is fairly well protected from the strong winds.
