About
Votsalakia is the tourist hub of south-west Samos, with Mount Kerkis rising behind it and a long strip of pebbles mixed with sand in front. A seafront promenade runs the length of the beach, lined with bars, restaurants and places to stay, so everything is a couple of steps away, and watersports operate here too. It is the liveliest option on this side of the island and some bars stay open late; for quiet, walk east towards Kampos.
