About

This is where most of the cooperative's grape delivery, vinification, ageing and bottling happens, on modern equipment. A Muscat marc distillery for tsipouro is under construction on an adjacent cooperative plot, and a tasting area will open once it is finished. From May to October a 'Kava' cellar operates at the winery entrance, where visitors can look at the exhibits and taste Samos wines.
